Outside telecommunications Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic networks, cables, and equipment

  • Provide technical support to customers and field staff

  • Manage projects by establishing project scope of work, budget, and timelines

  • Respond to emergencies with our Support field staff in restoring services for emergency calls

  • Ensure work is done in compliance with quality control guidelines and   regulations

  • ​ Communicate regularly with clients and team members about project goals and progress

  •  Develop engineer specifications and implement engineering standards

       that involves technicians, engineers, and outside plant manager
